You have 14 calendar days to return a product, starting from the day the order is delivered.

SCX will refund the amount of the returned product(s) using the same payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase. Only the original shipping costs will be deducted, as they are necessary to deliver the package in the first place.

How to make a return

To process a return, follow these two steps:

• We will arrange for the goods to be picked up, or

• You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at:
  C/ Camps i Fabrés 3, 2-2, 08006 Barcelona,
  without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
  The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the 14 days have passed.

• You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

• You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
