Return process
You can request a return quickly and easily through our online portal.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Once we receive and verify the condition of the product, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Initial shipping costs will only be refunded when required by applicable law or the terms of the order.
How does it work?
- Start your return. Access the returns portal by clicking "Start return" and identify your order using your order number and the email associated with the purchase.
- Select the reason. Indicate which items you want to return and the reason for the return so we can process your request correctly.
- Confirm the request. Review the information and submit the request. If applicable, you will automatically receive shipping instructions and the corresponding label.
- Send the product. Pack the item securely and hand it over following the instructions provided by the portal.
- Receive your refund. Once the product has been received and reviewed, we will process the refund and inform you by email of the status of your return.
Important information
- Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in suitable condition for inspection.
- If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its function, the refund amount may be reduced where applicable.
- You will receive notifications throughout the process to keep track of your return status.
