4.- Our recommendation

If you wish, you can disable our own cookies. However, if you do, some features may not be executed properly or the navigation is more difficult. For this reason, we recommend that you keep them activated and, only if you wish, that you delete them when leaving the web.

A. How to delete cookies after browsing our Platforms

If you use Google Chrome, access the “Draft Navigation Data” option through the “Historial” menu. An emerging menu will appear where you can decide which information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you use Firefox, access the “Clean history” option through the “Historial” menu. An emerging menu will appear where you can decide which information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you use Internet Explorer, access the option “Choose the scan history” through the “Tools” menu. An emerging menu will appear where you can decide which information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you use the Android Chrome browser, access the “Security and Privacy” option through the “Adjustments” menu. An emerging menu will appear where you can decide which information you want to delete, including cookies.

As you can see, how to act is very similar in all browsers so if you use a browser other than those mentioned, it will not be difficult to find the functionality of erasing cookies data. You can also configure your system to delete all cookies automatically at the end of the navigation session.

B. How to disable cookies before browsing our Platforms

If even after reading the previous recommendation, you still want to disable cookies, you can make your computer or device not store our cookies. Then we explain how to do it:

If you use Google Chrome, access the “Personalize and Control Google Chrome” menu (usually in the upper right corner, right on the right of the address bar), click the “Show Advanced Options” link and click the “Configuration of Content” option. You will see the options available for cookies.

If you use Firefox, access the “Tools” menu (usually on the menu bar, right above the address bar), click on “Options” and click the “Privacy” tab. You'll see the options available.

If you use Internet Explorer, access the “Tools” menu (usually in the upper right corner, right on the right of the navigation tabs), click the “Internet Options” option and, in the pop-up menu, click the “Security” tab. You can choose one of the preset security levels by Microsoft or customize your own safety level.

If you use the Android Chrome browser, access the “Adjustments” menu (usually in the upper right corner, right to the button to open a new tab), click the “Security and Privacy” option, and in the pop-up menu, you can choose to accept or not cookies.

If you use any other browser or platform, the process is very similar. In the help menus of each of them you will be able to inform you.

C. Learn more about the operation, use and management of cookies

In addition, with your browser you can start a private navigation so that your system does not store unwanted information on your hard drive.

You can even see all the cookies that your browser stores on your hard drive and, if you wish, delete them one by one. For example, if your operating system is Windows 7 and uses the browser version 10 Internet Explorer, the cookies that this browser stores on your hard drive are usually located on the following route: C:\Users\[NombreUsuario]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\.

Finally, you should know that most browsers report how to avoid accepting new cookies, how to make you notified of receiving a new cookie or how to disable cookies completely. If you want to know more about the operation of cookies, we recommend that you consult the “help” displayed in the toolbars of your browsers (for example, if you press F1 on Windows computers you will also access the help).

For more information about cookies, see “Guide to the use of cookies” produced by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

5.- Modification of the cookie policy

The person responsible for the treatment may unilaterally modify the Cookies Policy, in the event that there is a change in the existing legislation, of the case law or of internal criteria.

Any change in this policy will be published in this same direction.
